Surf Bagel Announces Promotion of Tarron Coursey to General Manager of Milford Location
Matt Patton, President of Surf Bagel, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Tarron Coursey to General Manager of Surf Bagel Milford.
“Tarron has been a key member of Surf Bagel since he started,” said Patton. “He has been instrumental in growing the Milford store, building a strong team that consistently delivers tasty food, friendly service, and a great guest experience.”
A Sussex County native, Tarron was born and raised in the Lewes area and graduated from Sussex Central High School in 2020. While pursuing coursework at Delaware Technical Community College, he continued to build his career in the hospitality industry.
Tarron began working in restaurants at 16 as a busser at a local restaurant, quickly developing a passion for guest service and teamwork. Over the next several years, Tarron worked his way up, excelling in front of house positions. He joined Surf Bagel in 2022, as a cashier at the Midway location where his cheerful attitude brightened the day of thousands of bagel lovers. Tarron enrolled in Surf Bagel’s Management in Training Program and after graduating in 2024, was offered the role of Assistant Manager at Surf Bagel Milford. That year he helped build and lead the team that earned, “Best Restaurant in Milford”.
Tarron’s hard work, positivity, and focus on fast friendly service have helped make Surf Bagel Milford a go-to destination for the community.
