At Surf Bagel, every bagel is made from scratch and baked the traditional way. Each one is kettle-boiled, slowly cold-fermented, and baked in a revolving oven to create a golden-brown crust and a deliciously chewy bite.
When the sun comes up each day, our ovens are already hard at work as our bakers begin the process of making the bagels the Delaware community has known and loved since 2004. We’re stoked to continue this legacy and bring our beloved bagels to more local communities.
