Every Surf Bagel bagel is made from scratch, kettle-boiled, slowly cold-fermented and baked in a revolving oven for a golden crust and a chewy bite. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas: plan your pickup ahead
Surf Bagel is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, so we can't fill orders on those days. If your holiday breakfast or brunch falls on Thanksgiving or Christmas morning, order ahead and pick up your trays the day before (Wednesday for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve for Christmas), then serve them fresh the next morning. We'll be back for Black Friday, the days after Christmas and New Year's.
Which tray fits your holiday event?
Thanksgiving week houseguests (6–8 people): one Bagel Tray plus a Coffee To-Go Box. Pick up Wednesday for Thursday morning, since we're closed Thanksgiving Day.
Black Friday morning with a full house (10–12): a Bagel Tray plus a Breakfast Sandwich Tray.
Office or team holiday breakfast (10–20): two Bagel Trays, a Breakfast Sandwich Tray and two Coffee Boxes, plus a pastry tray for something sweet.
Christmas or Hanukkah brunch: a Nova Platter with a Bagel Tray gives you a classic lox-and-schmear spread. Pick up on Christmas Eve, since we're closed Christmas Day.
Working lunch, school or church event: the Assorted Lunch Tray covers 10 with sandwiches, chips and pickles.
Open house or New Year's morning: a Bagel Tray, a Pastry Tray and a Coffee Box keep it easy.
A quick rule of thumb: plan roughly one to one-and-a-half bagels per person for a bagel-only breakfast, and fewer if you're adding sandwiches or pastries.
